ORDER AND PAYMENT

  2. Payment for firearms must be processed at our physical store location. Approved methods of payment include:

   3.  Any order remaining unpaid after 10 days will be cancelled and the item returned to stock.

TRANSFER OF FIREARM

  1. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) requires that we have a signed copy of your receiving dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL) in our posession prior to shipping your firearms to them.  This FFL copy can be mailed with payment to the address below or faxed to (937)667-9485.
  2. Once your firearm arrives at the receiving dealer, you will be responsible to fill out the appropriate paperwork and complete a background check complying with Federal and Local laws for transfer in your State.
  3. Most dealers charge a "Receiving Fee" for completing the paperwork and filing.  These fees vary by State and from dealer to dealer.  Be sure to verify with your dealer the amount of their fees and what you should expect when you arrive to pick up your firearm.
  4. Some states have restricting laws regarding magazine capacities and approved firearms for the State.  BE SURE TO KNOW YOUR LAWS AND RESTRICTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING. 

FIREARM RETURNS

All firearms purchases are subject to a three (3) day inspection time limit.  They must be returned to our location by your dealer no later than 10 days from receipt of shipment for a refund of the purchase price.  Credit will be given, minus any shipping charges and a $20 administrative fee for the time and paperwork involved in the acquisition and disposition of a firearm, after firearm has been received and inspected.
