Founded in 1974, Olde English Outfitters has been supplying the Miami Valley with quality shooting and hunting equipment for over 30 years.  The store has grown dramatically from its humble beginnings as a one man operation in the basement of our family home to a 10,000 square foot facility with over 20 full time and part-time employees.  We have a comprehensive selection including over 1,500 guns, a full-line archery "Pro Shop", shooting and hunting clothing, boots, ammunition, reloading equipment, gun cases, holsters and many other shooting and hunting accessories.

The store was founded by Ron and Paula English out of a love for collectable firearms and the sport of shooting and hunting.  Olde English Gun Shoppe then began with Ron putting his personal collection up for sale.  His commitment to service and quality products enabled the basement shop to grow rapidly.  In 1986 the store could no longer function in its cramped quarters and a new 5,000 square foot building was built to allow for growth and the addition of several new lines of merchandise.  The company continued to expand and in 1994 another 5,000 square foot addition was added bringing the facility to its current size.

In the tradition of family business, the company is currently being run by Evan English and Mitch English.  Evan began working in the basement store with his Father and Mother when he was 10 years old out of the same love for shooting and hunting.  Wanting to follow in his father's footsteps, Evan graduated high school and went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  Throughout college Evan traveled home on weekends to work in the store and assist in the construction of the new facility.  Mitch, a nephew, was the first official employee of Olde English starting in 1985 at the age of 23.  He was already an avid collector of military firearms and relics.  His knowledge of guns and love for shooting gave him an active interest in the business.  Together, Evan and Mitch have over 50 years of combined experience in the shooting and hunting industry.
